Dawn Alexander

Dawn is the Executive Director of the ECEA Bright Foundation. She has 17+ years of experience working in licensed programs, was a licensing specialist and worked in the Weld Health Department during COVID years. She is passionate about ensuring the success of child care businesses statewide.

Peggy Ferguson

Peggy is a Directors Coach who supports Directors Statewide. She was a Director in Durango on the Fort Lewis Campus for many years. She knows what it takes to run a program effectively.

ECEA Bright Foundation was started by the Early Childhood Education Association of Colorado (ECEA). ECEA has been supporting the child care industry as an advocacy organization since 1985. ECEA Bright Foundation will support all child care programs through direct services and educational trainings.
